Everything you need to know about our process

ORDER YOUR STARTER KIT

Fill out the online Order Form to receive your free Starter Kit: Postage Kit or Printable Kit. See the Order page for more information on these.

COMPILE YOUR ARTWORK

Fill the mailer bag (or a box) with all the artwork you wish to include in your Artbook, Gallery Print or Digital Gallery and complete an Art Submission Form for each child. For guidance on what to include and how to package your contents securely read the Tips Sheet in your Kit or visit our FAQ page.

SEND YOUR ARTWORK

Please send your artwork via signed-for delivery to our Auckland Studio. If you live locally, you can also enquire about making an appointment to drop off your artwork in person.

CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

Once we receive your submission we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice. On payment of the invoice, we will start working on your order. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

APPROVE YOUR PROOF

You will be emailed a proof of the Artbook or Custom Print, to approve before printing. Two small changes can be made free of charge for Prints, and five for Artbooks (additional amendments charged at $40/hour). 

YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

In 4-6 weeks you will receive your finished Artbook, Custom Print or other customised products. Your original artwork will be sent back with your products if you request it to be returned, otherwise it will be responsibly recycled.
